Wash Care

Gentle hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Dark-coloured sarees should always be washed separately, as slight colour bleeding may occur, particularly during the first few washes. Avoid prolonged soaking. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. Do not wring or twist aggressively. Dry naturally in shade to preserve the colour and delicate weave. Iron at a low temperature, preferably on the reverse side.

General Terms

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major Indian holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

India Post shipments include assured doorstep delivery. Delivery through Professional Couriers depends on service availability at the destination, and customers may need to collect the parcel from the courier office if doorstep delivery is unavailable.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient absence, or refusal to accept will be returned to Soochiem Noolum. Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
