General Terms

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major Indian holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

India Post shipments include assured doorstep delivery. Delivery through Professional Couriers depends on service availability at the destination, and customers may need to collect the parcel from the courier office if doorstep delivery is unavailable.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient absence, or refusal to accept will be returned to Soochiem Noolum. Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
